Transport Material Water Glass Eggs at room temperature (3 pieces) Water Glass Granulated sugar Half Glass Cocoa Teaspoon Vanilla extract Teaspoon Baking powder Water Glass Flour Water Glass Unsalted butter Water Glass Milk Water Glass Cherry jam Water Glass Cherry liqueur Water Glass Chocolate chips Quantity Cherry scented chocolate (for decoration) Brick cream for serving

Step 1: Preparation of Cake Dough

In the first step, to prepare the cake dough, beat room temperature eggs and granulated sugar thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Continue whisking for about five minutes until the mixture becomes foamy and light in color.
  • Make sure the eggs are at room temperature, let them sit for a while after taking them out of the refrigerator.
Then, mix cocoa, vanilla extract, baking powder and flour in a separate bowl and add to the mixture. Then melt the unsalted butter and add it to the mixture with milk. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Make sure the flour is sifted before adding it, so your dough will be smooth.

Step 2: Baking Cake

Then, pour the cake dough you prepared into a greased and floured cake mold and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. You can check whether the cake is cooked or not with the help of a skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, the cake is cooked.

Step 3: Removing the Cake from the Paper

After the cake is baked, take the mold out of the oven and let it cool slightly. Then, gently scrape the edges and bottom of the cake with a spatula to remove it from the mold. If your cake sticks at the bottom, you can dissolve the sticking by gently shaking the mold or placing cold water under the mold.

  • Place the cake layers carefully, you may need to use them occasionally.
